Founded in 2011 by Datuk Low Boon An, Rosedale Ancubic Group of Companies began as a hands-on operation where nearly every aspect of the business was personally managed. Over time, the company has transformed into a forward-looking, ecosystem-driven property developer with a long-term vision centred on lifestyle, wellness, and industrial development.

From its early days, leadership at Ancubic required decisive action, precision, and a willingness to take on risks. The company officially entered the property development sector in 2011 with its first landmark project, KS Botanic—a mixed-use development in Kuala Selangor with a gross development value (GDV) of RM80 million, completed in 2014.

Building on this success, Ancubic delivered Suria Jaya E-SoFo in Shah Alam, a 22-storey commercial development with a GDV of RM160 million, followed by Kazen I & II in Taman Saujana Puchong, a three-storey terrace housing project valued at RM40 million. These developments not only strengthened the company’s portfolio but also demonstrated its ability to deliver quality, award-winning projects.

From Hands-On Leadership to Team-Driven Growth

In its formative years, the business relied heavily on hands-on leadership, with involvement spanning land acquisition, financing, site supervision, and operational management. This approach ensured high build quality and efficient problem-solving. However, as Ancubic expanded, a shift towards structured growth became essential.

By 2017, the company began focusing on building strong teams, systems, and a culture of empowerment. This transition enabled Ancubic to scale effectively, leading to the development of Cubic Botanical in Kuala Lumpur, a mixed-use project with a GDV of RM700 million, completed in 2023, and its expansion into industrial properties and new markets such as Penang.

At the core of Ancubic’s philosophy is the belief that teams matter more than individuals. The company prioritises talent development, shared values, and accountability, fostering a culture that supports innovation and sustainable growth.

A Lifestyle-Centric Vision

Ancubic’s approach has evolved beyond traditional property development into creating integrated ecosystems. Its developments emphasise plant-themed townships, wellness facilities, and mixed-use environments that combine residential, commercial, and industrial components.

This vision is reflected across projects such as Ancubic Harmoni City, CG New Town, A-Park Batu Kawan, A-Park Bangi, and notably, Rosedale in Klang—a thoughtfully designed residential and commercial development that embodies the group’s lifestyle-centric philosophy.

Each development is carefully planned to enhance livability, connectivity, and long-term value. From integrating greenery into architectural design to prioritising accessibility and proximity to key hubs, Ancubic continues to redefine modern township living.

Industrial Parks as Integrated Ecosystems

In recent years, Ancubic has shifted its focus from simply constructing buildings to creating holistic environments. Its industrial parks are developed using a cluster-based concept, combining mixed-use elements to improve efficiency, collaboration, and security.

Strategically located near multinational corporations (MNCs), developments such as A-Park Batu Kawan and A-Park Bangi offer strong advantages in connectivity, business opportunities, and industrial networking. This ecosystem-driven approach ensures that work, lifestyle, and community coexist seamlessly.

Growth, Diversification and Future Outlook

Today, Ancubic maintains a well-balanced portfolio comprising 35% industrial, 25% commercial, and 40% residential developments. With ongoing projects including Ancubic Harmoni City, CG New Town, A-Park Batu Kawan, A-Park Bangi, and Rosedale, the group’s total combined GDV is estimated at RM2.25 billion.

Looking ahead, Ancubic is exploring retail developments such as neighbourhood malls and integrated commercial hubs to generate recurring income, while continuing to expand its land bank across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Negeri Sembilan.

With a strong emphasis on ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles, strategic location selection, and long-term sustainability, Ancubic remains committed to shaping the future of property development in Malaysia.

With an emphasis on livability, accessibility, and long-term value, Rosedale reflects the group’s vision of seamlessly blending modern living with a holistic, lifestyle-driven environment.
